Dr. KS Labs was founded by Dr. Kadivendi Sadaiah, Ph.D., a scientific research professional with nearly two decades of experience. With a strong foundation in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Process Development Chemistry, Dr. Sadaiah draws on his extensive and varied research background. He is supported by a expert team of scientists who contribute to the lab’s innovative endeavours.

Before establishing the company, Dr. Kadivendi worked at Dr Reddy’s laboratories, GVK Bio, Sapala Organics, and S3Chem Laboratories, where he engaged in small to medium-scale medicinal chemistry and drug discovery projects across various therapeutic areas. He received his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT) in Hyderabad, India. His doctoral research mainly focused on enantioselective [2,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement and the organocatalyzed total synthesis of compounds such as (+)-Duryne, Heptadeca-1-ene-4,6-diyne-3S, 8R, 9R, 10R-tetrol, and their related congeners.

Dr. Kadivendi spent approximately two and a half years at LG Life Sciences in South Korea, where he contributed to the process development of various APIs and intermediates for multiple therapeutic areas. He then moved on to Yonsung Fine Chemicals in South Korea, where he again worked for about two and a half years, further focusing on the process development of several APIs and intermediates.

He has credited approximately 10 international patents and research publications to his name.
